FAQs

When you are at Balanced Physical Therapy, Pilates & Performance Center in Glendale, AZ, you will meet with a Board License Physical Therapist that specializes in pelvic floor physical therapy. You can expect a THOROUGH assessment of your problem areas that are affecting your function. We are here to improve your pelvic floor!

You will have a plan for each of your sessions while working with your specialist. You will be expected to complete your exercises and start integrating the exercises and concepts of the pelvic floor to your daily endeavors.

How many private physical therapy sessions will I need to complete?  On the day of your evaluation with your specialist, it will be determined how many private sessions you will need.  There are times that you may need more, however our goal is to meet your goals as quickly as possible.  

After my private sessions, what are my options?

Once you have completed your private physical therapy sessions and are ready for the next step, we encourage you to continue with our group classes for continued conditioning, cross-training and active recovery for optimal results.  We offer in-house and virtual group classes to meet your needs and goals.  Every client that is currently in our classes will tell you how nice it is to have an experienced instructor, and bonus…  often times you will have classes with your specialist and/or will see them in the clinic to say hello and if time, ask a question😊
